Submit a deletion request
Use this form to submit a public deletion request. The support team may contact you to verify account ownership before completing deletion. Do not submit passwords, passport scans, national ID documents, payment data, or other highly sensitive documents.
What happens next
Valid deletion requests result in deletion, disabling, removal, or anonymisation of the account and associated personal data, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, accounting, audit, or regulatory exceptions. Provider deletion may affect the provider profile, public visibility, listings, orders, and subscriptions according to platform rules.
Some restricted historical records may be retained where necessary for safety, legal compliance, dispute handling, or abuse prevention. We may request OTP or other reasonable verification before deletion is completed. See the Privacy Policy for more information about deletion and retention.
