Service Provider Terms
Al Zaitoon Compound App / IQ Compound
1. Scope and acceptance
These Service Provider Terms apply to individuals and businesses that apply for or operate approved provider profiles on the platform, whether located inside or outside Al Zaitoon Compound. By applying as a provider or using provider features, you agree to these Terms and to the shared Privacy Policy.
2. Application, verification, and approval
Provider applications are subject to administrative review. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. You must provide accurate identity, business, contact, location, category, document, image, and service information. The administration may request evidence or reject, approve, suspend, or keep an application pending according to platform rules and actual provider status values.
You must accurately identify whether you operate inside or outside the compound. Outside providers remain responsible for coordinating access, delivery, and service arrangements directly with residents and according to compound rules.
3. Licences and legal compliance
You are responsible for holding all licences, permits, approvals, qualifications, and insurance required for your services. You must comply with applicable laws, update expired or changed documents, ensure workers or agents are qualified, and avoid misleading claims about your business, permissions, prices, or capabilities.
4. Provider profile and content
Your provider profile, service descriptions, prices where displayed, images, working hours, location, phone number, pickup or delivery details, menus, offerings, and other content must be accurate, lawful, current, and not misleading. You must not upload abusive, infringing, unsafe, illegal, discriminatory, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
5. Orders and service fulfilment
When the platform supports service requests or orders for your provider type, you must handle them responsibly, update status accurately, accept or reject requests promptly, communicate respectfully, honour accepted commitments, provide realistic price estimates and final prices, and complete, cancel, or reject services only in a lawful and fair manner. The platform does not process payments between users and providers.
6. Prohibited services and conduct
Providers must not offer illegal services, unsafe or dangerous activities, unauthorised regulated services, counterfeit or stolen goods, fraudulent claims, harassment, discrimination, spam, review manipulation, misuse of user information, retaliation against users who submit honest complaints or reports, or attempts to bypass platform safety controls.
7. Reviews and reports
Residents may review providers according to the review eligibility rules supported by the platform. Providers may not fabricate, buy, pressure, manipulate, or retaliate over reviews. Providers may report reviews they believe violate the Terms, but submitting a report does not prove a violation. The administration may investigate reports, remove content where justified, and preserve report and moderation records for safety and dispute purposes.
Providers may not fabricate or manipulate reviews, and they must not harass or retaliate against reviewers.
8. Moderation, suspension, and termination
The administration may request corrections, restrict visibility, remove content, suspend a provider profile, terminate provider access, or block access for serious or repeated abuse, illegal activity, fraud, safety concerns, misleading information, user-data misuse, or breach of these Terms.
9. User data and confidentiality
You may use resident contact, address, order, visitor, or service information only to fulfil the requested service. You must protect user information, not sell or reuse it, not contact users for unrelated marketing without permission, limit access to people who need it, securely dispose of information when no longer needed, and report suspected unauthorised access or misuse.
10. Independent-provider relationship
You operate independently. These Terms do not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or exclusive relationship between you and the operator or compound administration. You remain responsible for your staff, agents, taxes, licences, service quality, and legal obligations.
11. Fees and subscriptions
The platform contains provider subscription functionality. Any fees, subscription periods, trial periods, or renewal terms apply only when clearly presented or separately agreed through the applicable provider workflow or administration. These Terms do not create a hidden commission, automatic renewal, or payment obligation not otherwise communicated.
12. Liability and disputes
You are responsible for your services, goods, communications, pricing, user-data handling, and legal compliance. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for provider service outcomes, payment disputes, user losses caused by provider conduct, or claims arising from your breach. Disputes should first be raised with support for amicable resolution and may be handled by competent authorities or courts according to applicable law.
13. Provider account deletion and retained records
You may request provider account deletion through supported app flows or support. Deletion may remove, disable, hide, or anonymise provider profile data and public visibility, subject to retention of verification, order, subscription, security, moderation, report, dispute, accounting, or legal records where necessary. Suspension is not the same as deletion.
14. Contact
The platform is operated and technically maintained by TcPedia, a sole proprietorship operated by Muhanad Al Azawi, NIE Z3094883P, Calle Italia 20, Entresuelo, 03003 Alicante, Spain.
